We teach Traditional Taekwondo, which involves the strikes of Japanese Martial Arts with the powerful kicks from Korean Martial Arts. When we refer to Martial Arts, Karate or Taekwondo, we use the terms interchangeably as many people new to any form of martial arts just know the term, Karate.

Above any particular style of self-defense, it is more important that you find the right environment for you and/or your family. This is why we encourage all families to try a complimentary trial class to see if JMA is the perfect fit for martial arts instruction
