Kids Yoga: Grown Up and Me Yoga at Wild @ Art

Grown Up & Me Kids Yoga. Each class has a different theme and craft. Crafted for children ages 3-10.
Build connection and play together. Each week we'll have a new fun theme to explore during this 1-hour yoga class. The class will incorporate gentle movement, experiment with balance, activities, games, breath work, plus enjoy a mindful craft. This playful yet grounding practice fosters connection, self-awareness, and joy, offering a meaningful way to bond, relax, and grow together. This class is designed for 3-10 year olds however, older children can attend as it is fun for all ages. If you have yoga mats, please bring them to class. Limited mats are available.
