Sunrise Scramble at Fred G. Bond Metro Park

Fit & Able is excited to introduce the Sunrise Scramble (formerly the Sunset Scramble) at Bond Park! It's not quite a lap race but you will get your split times for each lap of your distance! There's ONE COURSE but THREE RACES for you to choose from to challenge yourself for how far you can go before the course closes. BUT you only have 1.5 hours to complete the distance of your choice so challenge yourself but pick what you think you can accomplish!
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH SUNRISE SCRAMBLE REGISTRATION:
-- IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL 5K, 10K, and 15K race options
-- Open staggered start window between 8:00 - 8:30 AM (course closes at 9:30 AM)
-- 5K Lap Splits included for the 10K and 15K
