PEPS (Program for Early Parenting Support) is a 12-week parenting support group for families with babies.
Groups meet weekly for up to two hours in participants' homes or community locations and are led by trained volunteer facilitators.
One or two parents or caregivers attend with their baby.
PEPS offers a welcoming space to share experiences, discuss the joys and challenges of early parenthood, and build meaningful connections with other local families.
Weekly discussions may include topics such as:
Baby's Arrival
Feeding
Sleep
Self-Care & Mental Health
Relationships & Family Dynamics
Early Learning & Development
Returning to Work
And much more!
Many parents tell us that one of the most valuable parts of PEPS is connecting with other families who are navigating the same stage of life.
