NC Transportation Museum's Wind and Wings

- Cost: Admissions: Adult: $10. Children (3 – 12) – $8. Children under 3 are free. Train Ride is additional cost.

The general public is invited to enjoy the fun on Saturday, March 21 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Museum admission is required.

- Hands-on activities: wind tunnel, Z-Glider (paper craft), moon phases, and more.
- Restoration Tour of the Piedmont Airlines DC-3
- Career Speakers (Thursday and Friday)
- Chip Walton: Wright Flyer Expert (Thursday and Friday only)

Although the site is open to the public, the annual Wind & Wings event offers dedicated activities for students, homeschool groups, and other pre-formed groups on Thursday, March 19, and Friday, March 20, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with special group admission rates.
