Mommy and Me Relaxed Yoga is a class that focuses on the bonding between parent and child. The classes are designed to be a safe environment for main care givers and their children to learn to move together while building trust and communication. The infant/child will enjoy simple stretches and poses that will help encourage them to develop self awareness as well as environmental awareness.
