Arbor Day Celebration at Pleasant Park

• When: Saturday, October 17, 2026,  9:00 am - 12:00 pm

• Location: Forest Shelter at Pleasant Park, 3400 Pleasant Plains Road, Apex, NC 27509
• Cost: Free Admission

Join the Town of Apex, Leaf & Limb, and We Plant it Forward as we celebrate Arbor Day!

This special event combines a day of service with fun, hands-on environmental education for the whole community. Help us give back to Pleasant Park as we replace three trees, plant a commemorative Arbor Day tree, and remulch trees throughout the park.

After getting your hands dirty, explore educational tables hosted by local environmental organizations. Connect with community partners, learn more about our local environment, and enjoy games, crafts, and other activities for all ages. We hope to see you there!
