Open gym at Peak Gymnastics Academy is designed for athletes who want to work skills individually in a safe, fun environment. Open gym is supervised by trained coaches who will assist, correct, or spot if asked by an athlete.

Open gym is open to ages 8 to 18+. Team athletes under the age of 8 are welcome to attend.
