Budding Explorers: Ecology in Action
- When: Saturday, October 11, 2025, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Location: JC Raulston Arboretum at NC State University, 4415 Beryl Road, Raleigh, NC 27606
- Cost: $8 per participant. No cost for accompanying adult.
Youth participants, accompanied by an adult, will explore how living things are connected through food chains, discover the important role of decomposers, and even create a mini vermicompost bin to take home! Together we will also take action to care for the environment by heading out into the garden to collect litter and learn about recycling.
Suggested for 8 to 10 years old.
