New Hope Valley Railway (NHVR) will host Thomas & Friends in the Garden on NHVR's G-scale Garden Railroad. Visitors can enjoy full-size train rides on a diesel locomotive and watch Thomas, Percy, James, and other characters operate on more than 1,000 feet of track. The miniature trains will pass through tunnels, bridges, and landscaped areas. Children will also have the chance to take the controls on a kid-friendly miniature track.
A train ride ticket is not required to view the Thomas & Friends model trains. However, full-size train ride tickets are priced between $11 and $14.
Full-size train ride departure times are as follows:
Saturday, September 13: 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m., 1:30 p.m.
Sunday, September 14: 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
