Explore-A-Story at Bass Lake Park

  • When: Monday, December 22, 2025, 10:00 am - 11:00 am
  • Location: 900 Bass Lake Road, Holly Springs, NC 27540
  • Cost: $5 per resident. $8 per Non-Resident.

Does your child have questions about the world around them? Children can come explore, learn, and discover at Bass Lake through our interactive Explore-A-Story program. This nature-based program includes engaging activities and crafts that tie into the themes of our selected story. After attending six stories your child is rewarded with a prize bag that includes a nature book for their collection.

For ages 3yrs - 5yrs. Each child must be accompanied by an adult.

Event recurs every other Monday from June 30 - August 25, 2025. Event is also scheduled on select Saturdays: July 26th and August 30th.
