Back to School Supply Drive Alert! Join us at the Fuquay Growers Market as the Fuquay-Varina Police Department kicks off our annual school supply drive! Our goal? To stuff our police truck full of essential supplies for students in need. What We Need: Backpacks Pens & Pencils Markers & Highlighters Crayons Notebooks Loose Leaf Paper Scissors Glue Sticks Stop by, say hello, and make a difference! Together, we can ensure every student has the tools they need to succeed this school year. Your support can help us reach our goal! From June 28 - August 16, 2025 (from 9:30AM - 11:30AM) and in partnership with the Poe Center for Health Education, the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce, and Wake County’s Child Nutrition Division, the Growers Market is proud to have been selected once again as a Summer Meal Program site in southern Wake County. ALL Children 18 years and younger are eligible to receive a breakfast. There is no cost to you. Children will need to eat their meals on-site. Free face painting for participating kids. Nutrition and wellness activities will be offered. Children will be supervised by trained and vetted interns.
