Wild at Art Kids Yoga: Grown Up & Me Yoga

Build connection and play together. Each class we'll have a fun theme to explore during this 1-hour yoga class. The class will incorporate gentle movement, experiment with balance, activities, games, breath work, plus enjoy a mindful craft. This playful yet grounding practice fosters connection, self-awareness, and joy, offering a meaningful way to bond, relax, and grow together.
This class is designed for 3-10 year old however, older children can attend as it is fun for all ages.
If you have yoga mats, please bring them to class. Limited mats are available.
Price is for the hour class including the craft.
