IN-PERSON and VIRTUAL 5K, 8K, and Fun Mile race distances
Dog-friendly Doggie Dash 5K and Doggie Dash 8K races too ($10 Doggie Dash fee goes to support the SPCA of Wake County) * Kids 12 & Under may only participate in the regular 5K, 8K, or Fun Mile races. Dogs may only join in the Doggie Dash races.
Mutts & Marshmallows ceramic mug and finishers medal included for all 5K, 8K, and Fun Mile participants (guaranteed if signed up by December 28th). Shirts available for purchase separately.

Kids 12 & Younger are NOT allowed to participate in the Doggie Dash 5K or Doggie Dash 8K.
All children pushed in strollers (ages 4 & under ONLY!) or carried by a parent on race day must be registered (under their own name and age, and not a parent's) and numbered to be allowed on the course. Kids in strollers must be with a parent registered in either the 5K, 8K, or Fun Mile. Kids in strollers must be numbered, properly buckled into the stroller, and we strongly encourage them to wear a helmet.
Kids in Strollers are NOT allowed to participate in the Doggie Dash 5K or Doggie Dash 8K.
