Backyard Snakes

This special program is free and no registration is required! Are you curious about a snake you have seen in your yard and want to learn how to identify it? What should you do if you see a snake? Can you safely co-exist with snakes in your yard and neighborhood? Are you new to the area and want to learn about the snakes that share our outdoor spaces? Find out the answers to these questions and more! Get answers from members of the N.C. Partners in Amphibian and Reptile Conservation, the NCSU Herpetology Club and the North Carolina Herpetological Society. View live snakes and participate in games to test your snake ID knowledge.
