Mountain Bike Basics at Forest Ridge Park

Hit the trails with confidence! Our certified instructors will guide you through the fundamentals of mountain biking. Learn and practice riding techniques, body position, braking, and shifting. The course will also cover trail etiquette and local mountain biking resources. We'll wrap up with a group trail ride, putting your new skills to use.

Bikes and helmets are provided.

Successful completion of the course qualifies you to participate in the Bike Loaner Program at Forest Ridge Park.

For 14yrs and older.
