The Cary Downtown Farmers Market has grown since those three farmers began, and now welcomes not only farmers but also artisans such as coffee roasters, bakers, and craftsmen. Together, we share a passion for fresh and local products!
Local Roots:
All of our growers must live and grow or raise their products within 100 miles of downtown Cary, North Carolina. We like for our growers to focus on environmental best practices, using minimal fertilizers and chemicals, including no post-harvest chemicals. They use responsible methods of raising meat animals, and near-organic methods of growing crops. The only way to have fresher or healthier vegetables, fruits and meats is to grow them yourself!
