Durant Nature Preserve's Marvelous Mosses

Mosses and liverworts are tiny plants. They don't look like much at first glance, but they are amazing, in their diversity and their adaptations. And they are homes for many tiny living things. We may bring some mosses inside to look under the microscope for creatures that live inside the mosses.

For Ages 10+

Bring a warm coat! Children must be accompanied by adults.
