Here’s your chance to get your child out in nature! Kids grades K-5 will be able to slow down, move, breath, create & explore in a non- competitive, natural environment. Your little yogi will work on balance, mindfulness, breathwork, while socializing at the same time! Can’t wait to share our love of yoga with your families. Feel free to stay, watch &/or participate. If you need to run an errand or need a break, feel free to take some time for yourself, it’s well deserved.
