Freedom Walk

Saturday's festivities will begin with a Freedom Walk that begins and ends at The Dubois Center. Participants are encouraged to begin assembling for the walk at 11 a.m.

Our afternoon activities will feature a festival with booths, DJ, local dance groups, food, and fun!
An Evening with Eugene Brown
4-8 pm
Wake Forest Renaissance Centre, 405 S. Brooks St.
From 4 to 8 p.m. the scene shifts to the Renaissance Centre where Eugene Brown, a motivational speaker and renowned chess player, will both speak and play chess with local challengers. Attendees are invited to bring their own chess board; however, there will be a limited supply of chess board available.
