What is the difference between birdwatching and birding? Join park staff to learn more about the art of birding, and the tools and techniques you need to improve your birding skills. Discover why birding is one of the most popular outdoor activities, and use your new knowledge on a bird walk around the park. Our route will be fully accessible for wheelchairs and others with mobility concerns. We will spend time using a spotting scope to scan the lake for waterfowl and raptors! Binoculars will be available to borrow for anyone who needs them.
Minors must be accompanied by a registered adult. Best for children 6yrs and older.
