Story Strides at Eva Perry Regional Library

Join us for Story Strides- a fun partnership with several local libraries!
Story Strides will include a 30 minute mini Stroller Strides* workout followed by a 30 minute interactive family story time.
Today's event will take place on the lawn in front of the Eva Perry library. Class will start at 10am. Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water and a stroller or baby carrier for your little one. Story time will begin at 10:30am.
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies! It's taught by nationally certified instructors that are skilled to meet every Mama where she is mentally and physically! You'll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! Story Strides will be a shortened 30 minute mini version of our Stroller Strides class.
