What are Stall Bars?
Stall bars are a series of one meter rails set about 20 cm apart that act as a grounded fitness ladder. Stall bars are great for experimenting with gymnastics, circus, and aerial arts training from the ground! The horizontal nature of the Stall Bars also assists in grip training, upper body and shoulder strength training as well as core flexibility, muscle memory, and breath work!
