Let go of all expectations & join Jamie for her newest class! This class is geared toward 18 mos-3 years old. Although, siblings of any age & grown ups with babies of any age are welcome to attend. Each class is fun for kids of all ages, including adults! Younger infants can be worn, held, or rest comfortably on a blanket/mat. Moms need to be mindful during their postpartum experience with exercise & movement for at least 6 months. Typically, women wait at least 6 weeks to start exercise, always check with your dr. to be sure your are ready to start or get back in to movement & exercise.
This will not be your typical relaxing yoga class, but you can just ask Jamie about her adult classes! Be ready to immerse yourselves in nature, while learning what yoga is about. We can use our yoga off our mats in our parenting everyday. In class you will see children playing, practicing yoga, adults being silly, bugs, crying, laughing, screaming, more laughing, snacks, possible animal sightings, more snacks, & babies being fed by their grown ups, however they need to eat. If you’re craving community, you’ve come to the right place! Grown ups are required to stay for this class.
Please bring yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, & snacks if needed
