*FULL* Lake Crabtree's Intro to Fishing

Join us for early start to celebrating National Fishing and Boating Week 2023 (JUNE 3-11) and learn more about a cherished outdoor pastime! This program will cover fishing basics, such as how to prepare a rod and reel, bait a hook, cast your line, and handle a fish. We will discuss fish identification and common fish species that can be found in the lake. Instruction will be followed by an opportunity to fish in the lake. Fishing poles and bait will be provided or you may bring your own.
This is a NCWRC-sponsored National Fishing and Boating Week event that will give participants a chance to win a lifetime fishing license from the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission!
