Enjoy coffee + snacks as you mingle with other new moms. Little ones are welcome - we will have crafts ready to make sure they have fun too!

Our doctors will chat about all things motherhood to help you with:
- Bedtime battles
- Restful sleep (for mom too!)
- Common kid problems
- Skin struggles
- Safe cleaning products

We will make three essential oil rollers for supporting little ears, coughs, and teeth!
