Wake Forest Fireworks Spectacular at Heritage High School

Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. and fireworks show will begin around 9:30 p.m.

Featuring a headliner band, food trucks, an incredible fireworks show, and more, the annual Fireworks Spectacular draws well over 15,000 attendees each year.
The Town of Wake Forest is inviting veterans from all military branches to lead the Pledge of Allegiance during the 2026 Fireworks Spectacular. Veterans in attendance at this year’s event will be invited to assemble in front of the stage and lead the Pledge of Allegiance during the intermission portion of this year’s program which typically begins at 7:30 p.m. Intermission will also feature a soloist, selected by the Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Advisory Board following an open call, performing the National Anthem.

The Town of Wake Forest is pleased to provide a free shuttle service for participating veterans from a designated pick up location in the student parking lot to a drop off area near the main stage.
Both regular and accessible parking (by identification only) will be available in designated areas on the campuses of Heritage High School, Heritage Middle School, 3400 Rogers Road, and Heritage Elementary School, 3500 Rogers Road. Parking will also be available at Hope Lutheran Church, 3525 Rogers Road.
