Catching Fireflies 5k
Come out for an evening with friends, family and community to run/walk a 5k at night on a course lined with a fantastic display of luminaries. This unique event is the only luminary run in Raleigh held on a lovely, warm North Carolina evening where you may even have a chance to catch a few fireflies!
Runners please wear reflective or light up arm bands or vests. It's a sight to behold watching a trail of lights along the quiet streets!
Remember, this is at night! Start time: 8:25PM
The event is stroller-friendly and pet-friendly (pets on leashes), so make this a family event and bring everyone - we don't want anyone in the family left behind!
