Reservations are required at all locations but you can schedule your spot up to 7 days out. These slots can fill up quickly, so don’t wait! Each appointment slot is part of a 15-minute timeframe, and your family's special 2-minute moment will fit right in. Our efficient scheduling ensures a personal touch during this festive season. Please arrive on time to enjoy every moment. For large groups and organizations please contact your store directly.

Families who visit Santa will receive a free 4×6 studio-quality photo, as well as a shareable video. Additional photo packages (from $20) will also be available to purchase and print instantly in-store.
