There is a magical neighborhood in Raleigh that transforms into a walkable Christmas wonderland during December. Like a miniature Christmas Town, the entire street is lit with thousands of twinkle lights, with a chance of flurries or a chance of sightings of Santa and his elves playing reindeer games or may be even the Grinch!
