Join us on for the 14th Annual Day of the Dead 5k & Street Festival—a vibrant celebration of culture and community in downtown Raleigh benefiting the Fox Road Boys & Girls Club.
The morning kicks off at Centro Mexican Restaurant with a USATF-certified 5k through historic Oakwood Cemetery. After the race, the celebration continues with a free street festival on Wilmington Street featuring food trucks, music, local vendors and more.
Shop from vendors offering crafts, baked goods and ceramics, as well as family-friendly finds like children’s clothing and books. Kids can enjoy free face painting from 8:00–10:00am and participate in the Kids’ Dash at 10:00am. Guests of all ages are also invited to dress up and show off their best moves during the Costume Dance-Off Contest.
Whether you’re running, shopping or simply enjoying the festivities, there’s something for everyone at this one-of-a-kind Raleigh tradition—all in support of Boys & Girls Clubs of Wake & Johnston Counties.
