11/08 - 12/05 Wake County Salvation Army Angel Tree

Parents and legal guardians living in Wake County who are facing challenges this holiday season can register their children (ages 12 and under) for Christmas gift and clothing assistance through our Angel Tree Program. Please register to receive holiday joy on the website.

Every child deserves to experience the joy of Christmas morning. The Salvation Army Angel Tree program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children around the country each year. Once a child or senior adult has been registered and accepted as an Angel their Christmas wish list is shared with donors in your community who purchase gifts of new clothing and toys. The gifts are distributed to the family to place under their family Christmas tree.

The Salvation Army collects necessary information to determine qualification for participation in the program and details on each Angel. Examples may include, but are not limited to: photo ID, proof of residence (lease, utility bill or mail received from the school district or other government agency). Examples of documents needed for each child may include but are not limited to: birth certificate, official custody or guardianship papers, clothing and shoe sizes, and a toy wish for each child. No private information for you or your Angel is shared with the public. Donors will only be given a first name and Christmas wish list for each Angel.

To apply, please be prepared to upload:
Photo ID
ID for EACH child showing their date of birth (e.g. birth certificate, shot records, school records)
Proof of guardianship (must include your name and the child’s)
Proof of current Wake County address (if different from your ID)
Proof of income for everyone in the household

Adopt your Angel today via the website or finding Angel Gift tags at Crabtree Valley Mall (lower level near the LEGO store beginning November 11, 2025.

Please return your Angel's gift bag, gifts, and tag to our Angel Tree Warehouse at 1300 Buck Jones Road, Cary. Kindly drop off your gifts by December 8.

Dropping Off Gifts
Drop-off hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Saturdays December 6th and 13th 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
Closed Sundays and Thanksgiving: November 27, 28, and 29
On November 28 and 29, you may drop off gifts at our Crabtree Valley Mall Angel Tree near the LEGO store (First floor).
