Our training includes: High-level training sessions with jump training and conditioning, Organized competitive play through focused play sessions throughout the year, Competitive Training Days, Scheduled tournament events (local and travel), Info sessions including video analysis, seminar topics, etc. (indoor sessions), assistance with college recruiting.
