

The Club’s Gym and Swim program is designed to provide children 4-10 years old the physical activity they need in their lives to stay healthy. A variety of programs include swimming, group exercise, games, and more. Classes are 1 hour long and include 30 minutes of gym activities and 30 minutes of swimming lessons. Class sessions are 2 times a week for 3 weeks and are limited to 10 participants.
