Heritage Golf Club Swim Team

The Heritage Betas Swim Team is a summer recreational team located at the Heritage Swim & Tennis Club in Wake Forest, North Carolina and competing as members of the Tarheel Swimming Association (Northern League). The Betas are a developmental swim team that includes a variety ages and abilities.

Our goal is to provide a solid understanding of the four basic strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly as well as build a solid foundation of teamwork, sportsmanship and confidence during the 10 week recreational swim season.
