Let Her Be Sports Flag Football

Let Her Be Sports (LHBS) is community league and the youth division of BallHers Choice Sports Women’s Flag Football organization based in Raleigh, NC. LHBS is a nonprofit organization.

Mission: "Empowering girls through flag football, fostering confidence, teamwork, and celebrating their strengths – on and off the field."

Vision: "To create a thriving community where girls can play, lead, and shine in sports, breaking barriers, supported by a safe and uplifting space."

CORE PRINCIPLES:
Empowerment: Foster confidence, self-esteem, and leadership skills in every player.
Inclusion: Create a safe, welcoming space for girls of all skill levels, backgrounds, and abilities.
Respect: Promote respect for teammates, opponents, coaches, and the game itself.

Spring League Dates:
Saturdays from mid April through early June (6 weeks + Playoffs)

Roster Limits: Maximum roster size is 15 players. A player may only be listed on ONE team roster. Players without a desired team will be assigned as necessary.

Coaches and Adult Volunteers must undergo a criminal/sex offender background check.

Registration fee covers team jersey, referee pay, medic staff, etc.
