
Crazy Running offers fun running, track and field and conditioning programs for athletes of all ages, starting at 3! Challenging exercise is made fun and age-appropriate. We Play Crazy, Run Hard!
Our one-hour programs are typically one or two days a week for 8 weeks. Athletes can train with us year-round through various conditioning and speed & agility programs: Winter Conditioning, Spring Training, Youth Summer Speedsters and Track & Field, Adult Summer Strength & Speed, Fall Training, Family Training, Team Building & Special Events, and Personal Training. While offerings may vary by location, the fun and fitness stay the same!
