We just opened a brand new location on the outskirts of downtown Apex. Our walk-up food trailer serves a variety of treats, beverages, and delicious Norwegian waffles. What are Norwegian waffles? They’re a thin waffle with a slightly crispy exterior and soft interior, kind of like a cross between a traditional waffle and a crepe.
