Grown to Play Summer Programs

Join us for a series of FREE playdates this spring and summer! We’ll explore nature spaces and parks around the Raleigh area while we connect and build friendships. All are welcome to join! Dates and locations are subject to change.

Families who join four playdates or more will receive a nature explorer kit! Must be registered for the series.

*Some playdates are community events sponsored by other organizations, but are free. Their event info is linked below.

Classes are recommended for kids ages 1.5-8 years and a caregiver.
Classes run for about 60 minutes.

At grown to play, we are passionate about PLAY! Inspired by the well loved Tinkergarten curriculum, we encourage child-led exploration in our classes. We love sensory play, creative play, problem solving, imaginary play and more. Play is the work of children! Children thrive when connecting with nature. Being outside allows for running, jumping, exploring and so much more! Our class is perfect for those who already love nature, or those who are still learning to love the outdoors.
