Free Forest School Raleigh-Durham Nature Preschool Group

Free Forest School of Raleigh-Durham is a free group, open to young children and their parents or caregivers. This is a welcoming and non-judgmental group where parents and caregivers can practice giving children space and autonomy to explore and create in nature.

The focus of the group will switch to supporting local Triangle families who love playing in nature. So, as well as promoting Our Outdoors / Free Forest School meetups we would also love for y’all to share other nature play meetups and events. Wild schooling, nature homeschool groups, parent meetups, kids hiking and local nature events for families.
We are a secular group here to support each other in creating a diverse, inclusive, thriving community of families who love playing in nature.
