At Academy for the Performing Arts (APA), we not only offer age appropriate dance lessons, but we also have a number of courses to accommodate the interests of every child. Located in the Apex area in the heart of Apex, our company provides instruction in many types of dance, including: Ballet, Tap dance, Hip Hop dance and Contemporary dance. Additionally, APA offers theatre and voice as well as track out and summer camps.

Mommy and Me:
Mommy and me classes are beneficial for both the mother and child. Moms get to mingle with one another and change their daily routines while interacting with their children in a unique way. Toddlers enjoy their mother’s company while getting a head start on their social skills. With the incorporation of dance elements, the babies also get accustomed to the class atmosphere, which can provide a smoother transition into kids dance camps when they get older.
