In 2013 Not Just Icing, Inc. started as a mobile cupcakery and over the past few years our cookie dough has become the number one seller.
In January 2021, the cupcake truck was converted into an edible cookie dough and ice cream dessert food truck.
We are excited to be spreading cookie dough love around the Triangle!
Our cookie doughs are made using heat-treated flour, which allows you to safely enjoy it raw and unbaked. We do not use eggs in our cookie dough, however mix-ins may contain eggs so please ask if you have allergies.
