KM Pediatric Therapy offers speech therapy and occupational therapy both in a clinical setting as well as in the home/community.

KM Pediatric Therapy now offers AAC consultation. Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) involves software that increases a child's ability to communicate needs, wants, ideas, choices, questions, greetings, self advocacy etc. Children who have difficulty communicating verbally due to a variety of diagnoses, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Dysarthria, Apraxia, Down Syndrome, etc. can benefit significantly from use of the right AAC device. Research shows that use of AAC does NOT impede the development of verbal speech; rather, it helps scaffold for development of these skills.
