The Carolina Basketball Museum, located on the ground floor of the Ernie Williamson Athletic Center, celebrates the rich history of the University of North Carolina men's basketball program. The Carolina Basketball Museum opened in 2008 and underwent an extensive refurbishment in 2017 to its current state. Visitors to the museum will enjoy a seven-minute video detailing the history and tradition of Carolina Basketball, interactive displays commemorating significant accomplishments, and a number of display cases filled with artifacts that tell the story of this great program.
HOURS:
Monday – Friday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
The museum will close 3 hours prior to the start of each home Men’s Basketball game.
