Soapstone Preschool

Soapstone Preschool is a ministry of Soapstone United Methodist Church offering genuine love and care to children and families in a safe, nurturing Christian environment. We believe, as Fred Roger’s once said, that “play is really the work of childhood”. At Soapstone, every child is special and we strive to teach to the whole child, by helping them grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and mentally.

Soapstone Preschool offers a morning play-based preschool program in North Raleigh for Toddlers through Preschool-aged children, Monday–Friday, 9:15 am–12:45 pm (Toddlers until 12:15 pm, August–December). Our program includes Music & Movement, Science, daily outdoor play, weekly Chapel and Yoga, and special on-site enrichment experiences throughout the school year.
