FCS offers a delightful learning experience that is available half-day or full-day for preschoolers. This program is designed to be an enjoyable hands-on educational experience that will develop a firm foundation for years of learning in the future. Additional enrichment courses include music, PE, library and centers.
The preschool (Pre3) and transitional kindergarten (TK4) programs follow the regular school year calendar. Students entering the 3-year-old preschool program may begin when they turn three and must be potty-trained. The Transitional Kindergarten (TK4) class is intended for students who will turn four by August 31st and Kindergarten is intended for students who will turn five by August 31st. Those students whose birthdates fall after these dates may also be accepted.

The lower elementary focuses on establishing a strong foundation in Bible, English, Penmanship, and Phonics. Fortifying the basic principles of reading and writing in the lower elementary grades provides conditions for academic growth and success in upper elementary. In addition to core subjects, students also participate in enrichment classes such as art, physical education, music, and choir. Students in fifth grade are enrolled in a beginner’s band course to introduce them to the foundational elements of instrumental music. Kindergarten and first grade use the Abeka curriculum for all instruction. Second grade uses Abeka for Penmanship, Science, and History, and BJUPress for Bible, Math, and English. Third through fifth grades use BJUPress for all instruction.
FCS believes it is imperative to offer a safe, nurturing Christian environment for your middle school child/ren. Students are challenged by a strong core curriculum along with PE, Spanish, computer, choir, band, and art classes. Students in middle school use a combination of Prentice Hall Math, Positive Action Bible, ABeka, and BJU Press.
It is vital for your child to have a disciplined, loving Christ centered environment. FCS offers strong college preparatory, honors, AP, and dual credit curricula. We believe in making sure the basics are mastered as students prepare for college. Students may take several electives along with their core program. Students in high school use a combination of Prentice Hall Math, Sadlier-Oxford Vocabulary, Positive Action Bible, and an assortment of ABeka and BJU Press books.
