Our founder, Austin Macfarlane, has been a recruiter in this space for 13 years, and draws from the kind of industry insight that only time and experience can bring to the table. She also sits on the Executive Board of the International Nanny Association (serving as their secretary) and is the President of the Nanny Relief Fund!

Our seasoned team has decades of experience in this industry and correlating fields that celebrate a human’s childhood- encapsulating and protecting precious moments, discoveries, learning experiences, and play. Creating high retention placements with highly qualified, kind, and creative individuals is our first priority, and we strive to introduce our clients to the best caregivers in the area!
