Enso Movement Parent's Night Out

Want to escape from the kids just for one night? We offer a drop-off Parents Night Out for you while your kids learn parkour, play games, and more. Event entry includes parkour instruction, group games, and a dinner.

Parents Night Out at Enso Movement is an exciting experience combining parkour, games, and open play. The event is held on the first Friday of every month – a great opportunity for parents to enjoy Raleigh’s most popular evening escape, First Friday Gallery Walks. Our participants will enjoy guided instruction from a coach on skills with safe progressions for both the beginner and advanced. Participants will also play large group games to build their trust with others and work towards success. Parents Night Out events are programmed for kids ages 6 and older.
