YMCA of the Triangle - After School Programs

The YMCA offers quality After School programs for students in grades K - 8 in Wake, Durham, Orange, Chatham, Johnston and Lee counties. YMCA After School is held from school dismissal until 6 p.m., and early release days are included.

We provide after school programs at many area schools, or the YMCA transports students from their school to a nearby YMCA.

Our after school program includes dedicated homework time in a quiet environment, active indoor and outdoor games and activities and a weekly STEM project. YMCA After School programs are led by a team of high school and college-age students who are supervised by full-time YMCA directors.
