Calling all young women in North Carolina! Are you ready to Ignite your summer?

Camp Ignite is a FREE weeklong experience designed to inspire and empower high school girls with the confidence to explore a future in the fire service. Through immersive, hands‑on training and guided mentorship, participants discover what it truly means to serve as a firefighter. Camp Ignite introduces essential skills—from hose operations and ladder work to first aid and collaborative problem‑solving—all led by experienced fire service professionals. Beyond the physical challenges, the program strengthens leadership, builds resilience, and creates a supportive community of young women ready to make an impact in public service.
